Welcome to Soladec Boat Rental and our exclusive Boating Club! We are excited to present you a unique opportunity to enjoy the sea and explore the freedom of sailing with our select club.

Overview

• Limited Number of Members: We only accept a maximum of 10 members, ensuring an exclusive and personalized experience.
• Use of the Soladec II Vessel: Members have the opportunity to use the Soladec II vessel whenever it is available, following an established schedule and rules.

Rules and Benefits

• Flexible Schedules: No time restrictions for picking up or returning the boat, but we request approximate schedules to facilitate equitable use.
• Partner Responsibility: Each member is responsible for the care and good use of the boat on its day of use, with the possibility of bringing friends and family on board.
• Monthly Fees Include: Monthly fees include boat insurance, SOVI insurance, mooring in the port of Masnou, VAT and free parking.

Commitments and Prohibitions

• Maintenance by Soladec: Soladec will be in charge of maintaining the engine, installations, boat patents and safety equipment.
• Prohibited Commercial Use: Commercial use of the boat is strictly prohibited and may result in expulsion from the club.
• Minimum Permanence: The minimum stay in the club is one year, and failure to comply with the rules may lead to termination of the contract.

Financial Conditions

• Initial Deposit and Monthly Installments: An initial deposit of 3 installments and monthly payments of €180 VAT included, with a 12-month commitment.
• Termination Penalties: Progressive penalties for termination before the minimum period.

Partner Responsibilities

• Responsible Use: The member is responsible for refueling and cleaning the boat after each use.
• Prohibitions and Sanctions: Exclusive use for recreation, prohibition of commercial activities and penalties for violations.
• Limited Navigation Area: The boat can only sail up to a maximum distance according to the seaworthiness certificate.
